How Will My Order Ship?

Thank you for ordering with Fin and Furn, your business means a lot to us. We take shipping very seriously and we are committed to getting your product to you in a safe and reliable manner. We have two shipping categories – Small Items and Large Items.

Shipping Categories

Small Items

  • Sent via our Trusted Commercial Channels.
  • Shipping options that list the speed of delivery.
  • Packages weighing less than 150 lbs.
  • Usually Shipped the same business day.

Large Items

  • Sent via trusted carriers that specialize in handling large items.
  • Shipping options that list the type of delivery.
  • For any orders that need expedited, contact us and we will work together to figure out a solution.
  • Every effort is made to ship the item in-stock the same or next business day. 

Fine Print

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Am I able to track my order?

We will keep you updated throughout the shipping process with email and SMS notifications. You can also contact our customer service department via email.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Majority of our orders include free shipping and we include you in all our savings when we order in large quantities. Free Shipping over $999.

In some cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to offer free shipping. There will be no surprises and we will contact you directly to discuss.

Are you able to ship to Multiple Addresses?

We love saving time and we want you to save time too! We would love to offer that option, contact us at info@finandfurn.com and we can work something out.

Are you able to ship Internationally?

At this time, we only ship across the USA and Canada. Stay with us as we work out the logistics for expanding our business internationally.
