What is the return policy?

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition with original packaging. The shipping expense is to be paid by the customer and will be deducted.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Our warranty covers any defects in materials due to manufacturing for up to 1 year from the date of delivery. However, rest assured about the quality of product purchased from us. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the USA and Canada. We hope to expand in the future so please keep following along if you are located outside the USA and Canada!

How do I make a change to my order?

It happens, we understand. Please email us as soon as possible to make modifications to an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Our email is info@finandfurn.com Change order fees may apply, we look at each order on a case by case basis.

Cancellations

We provide full refunds for orders that are cancelled before they leave our warehouse. If an order is cancelled after shipment, a return shipping and restocking fee of either 25% of order plus applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund total. We don’t like surprises either, so please email us at info@finandfurn.com so we can provide with accurate refund details.

What happens if my product arrives in less than perfect condition?

At times and for reasons beyond our control our products may arrive damaged. If this happens, please email us at info@finandfurn.com and we will work with you to make it right. Our Customer Care team are here to help.
